The Directorate of Central Govt. Health Scheme has issued an office memorandum announcing the extension of the validity period of already empanelled HealthCare Organizations (HCO’s) under CGHS for a period of six months from May 1, 2023, to October 31, 2023.
The extension will be granted on the same terms, conditions, and rates on which the organizations are presently empanelled. However, revised CGHS rates for consultation fee, ICU charges, and room rent will be applicable from April 12, 2023. The memorandum advises the Additional Directors of CGHS to inform all empanelled HCOs about the extension.
